Calling all Young Carers – Make Yourself Heard!

Young Carers Youth Manifesto

Loud speaker

This year we are working with Herts 1125 again to produce a specific section of the Hertfordshire Young Peoples Manifesto about Young Carers. The top two priorities for young carers are:

Young Carer Awareness: awareness of young carers’ responsibilities, impact on education and personal life, and recognition and support for their caring role

Opportunities for young carers: availability of activities and opportunities, and the barriers for young carers in accessing these including financial, accessibility and location.

If you are a young carer, have your say by completing the survey online:

The more young carers who complete this survey the stronger their voice will be so ACT NOW.
