Summer is nearly here, and we know you are all super eager to hear our plans!!
Thankfully it looks like we will again be able to run a busy programme of courses and activities for young carers this Summer. Below you will see a number of options, so have a look, check what you are available for and then contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 01992 586 969 to book onto the one you like the most!
As always, we need a completed and signed Annual Consent Form 2022 returned to our office (if you haven’t done so already) before young carers can book on to any of our activities.
We are expecting a high number of young carers wanting to book on, so to make it fair we will be limiting places to one course/activity per young carer. We will add any further interest onto a reserve list in case we have any additional spaces!
We do ask that where you can, families organise their own transport to/from activities. To make our activities accessible, we will be offering taxis for those who need them. With the rise in costs, we ask that you please think about this before booking on and only request transport if it is essential to you attending and if you are certain you can make the date.

As well as having the opportunity to talk about their caring role and help share future services for young carers, there will also be the chance to take part in activities such as archery, cooking and a woodland adventure. Please note that meals are provided and there is no cost for this residential.
